Palouse River Counseling offers a wide variety of services that cover mental health and chemical dependency both in individual and group sessions. We treat patients both seeking mental health and substance use assistance.

WISe

  • WISe (Wraparound with Intensive Services) provides intensive mental health support to help children and families reach their goals.
  • The program is voluntary and focuses on supporting the child in their home, school, and community.
  • Services are delivered through a wraparound team approach that works together to meet the child’s individual needs.

HARVEST HOUSE

  • Harvest House is a psychiatric rehabilitation program where adults with severe and persistent mental illness can work, socialize, and support one another.
  • The program provides services that help members manage psychiatric symptoms and build independent living skills.
  • Members receive employment preparation and support to help them become more self-sufficient.
  • The overall goal is to help individuals live independent and productive lives within the community.
