Palouse River Counseling is following Washington State COVID-19 guidelines while continuing to provide services (both for new and current patients) through telehealth and telephone. All staff and clients are required to wear a facial covering when entering our office. Please call us if you have any questions or concerns.

Please only enter our building if you have a scheduled appointment. If you do not have an appointment and still need to enter, please call our Front Desk at (509) 334-1133.

Palouse River Counseling has provided behavioral health services for the Palouse area for over 50 years. We are proud to be part of the healthcare team in our community. We believe in treating the whole patient, not just the symptoms. Our staff consists of psychologists, counselors, social workers, psychiatrists and a nurse who offer a holistic approach to healing with individual therapy, group sessions, and medication management.

We treat patients with depression, anxiety, alcoholism and drug dependence. We also create targeted treatment plans for patients with developmental disabilities, childhood and family problems, and geriatrics. All clinical staff are registered, licensed and/or certified by the State of Washington.

An inability to pay will not prevent services from being provided. If you meet 100% or less of the federal poverty level, this will result in a zero fee on the PRC sliding fee scale.
