CONFIDENTIALITY
All inquiries and services are kept completely confidential except as required by law. As provided by law, persons 13 or older may seek services independently of their parent or guardian.

NON-DISCRIMINATION POLICIES
PRC provides services to people of all sexes, races, color, ages, nationalities, disabilities, gender identities, creeds, religions, martial status, sexual orientation or military status. Efforts are made to reduce barriers to services by providing interpreter services, TDD phone services (1-800-833-6388), sign language interpretation, and consultation with ethnic minority, geriatric, disability, and child mental health specialists. The services are free of charge and provided at no significant delay. Accessible parking is available across the street at Simpson United Methodist Church.

COST OF SERVICES
No one is denied services based on the inability to pay or race, color, sex, national origin, disability, religion, age sexual orientation, or gender identity. A discounted fee schedule (i.e. sliding scale) based on family size and income is available.
We accept Medicaid, Medicare, insurance, and private pay. Please call (509)-334-1133 for questions about financial assistance or information.
